3rd Party Lab reports for foreign supplier/ importer verification

Inporters that are asking foreign suppliers to provide a lot by lot 3rd party lab testing results must require that the lab send the results directly to the importer or it is acceptable that the foreign supplier just share a copy with the importer?

Simpler to just have the lab send the report to both themselves.

Agree. The issue is that post PCA (and other events), we know fabricated CoA's are a thing. If you get them directly from the lab it's less likely to be tampered with (esp. if the lab is accredited).
