i need some help n canteen risk assessment. I am working in Consumer Products Company. If any one  can share me document on this.

Are you meaning your employee lunch area?  Risk analysis for what specifically

My factory have been audited by Tesco. They want us to do risk assessment on canteen (EMPLOYEE LINCH AREA). Factory is providing food provider.  Assesment on the basis of pest control, left over food etc.

I don't have a document but you should be looking for:

 

overflowing trash cans

food left on tables

PPE being worn in lunch room

pest control  (lunchroom is missed in a lot of places)

signage about washing hands

allergens present?  if so different than the ones in your finished goods?

vending machines??   if so, how often are the moved and cleaned behind and below them?  included on master sanitation schedule?

does not open directly into production
