Air compressed SOP
Hi folks we are about to be audited, we never test our air compressed, I work in a almond plant we don't use the air on primary contact surfaces, but I need to develop an SOP because we are going to start testing for the compressed air, does anyone has an example of an SOP so I can get an idea how to elaborate one?
thanks

You omitted to specify which factor(s) the testing will be for, and for whom/what Standard.
Regardless if this is a one-off I suggest you send a sample out to a lab who will probably ask the above questions also.
If you would like some ideas as to the factors involved can try -

we are going to test for water, oil, particles and micro (Yeast, mold, ac, coliforms), we are on SFQ standard.

Thanks for info.
As noted in my link's attachments, all the above are covered in ISO Standard SOPs.
The only major complication is choosing appropriate micro limits which it is generally agreed do not exist. However SQF seem to accept anything "reasonable", especially if from a reputable external lab.
The easiest practical solution as discussed in the link's attachments (and IIRC SQF's Guidance) is probably to implement a commercial "sterile" filter so you have no (micro) case to answer.
