Food safety hazard analysis wine and beverage packaging

Hi all.

 

I am hoping you can assist me here.

 

I am an intern  in a company that manufactures flexitanks for wine and beverage packaging. We are currently busy with a hazard analysis, please kindly advise what aspects should we consider when doing the analysis. another thing, do we consider our raw material suppliers or do we only consider risks that could be posed by us as the manufactures? I am really looking forward to your response.
