Hello:

 

I am new to the IFSQN and new to food grade compliance. I manage Technical Service and Compliance for a US based minerals company, Mississippi Lime. We provide a few food grade mineral ingredients products under our VitaCal® product line. Our products are food grade quicklime (CaO) hydrated lime (Ca(OH)2) and precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC).
