Good Morning:

Thank you jd paul and all who welcomed me to this awesome site. Working in a bakery can be challenging. I have just completed a course in internal auditing and will do one for FSSC 22000 next week. I am still a bit "green" in the baking industry and hope I can rely on this site to assist me. JD Paul it is a nice and "floury" business. I am quite enjoying it.
