I am a Malaysian doctor who's now residing in Hobart, Australia. 

I came across this very informative forum when I was doing my own research on food safety which is becoming a huge issue in Malaysia. I was a lurker but decided to join so that I could actually post something and ask from some professional opinion from you guys if possible.
