I'm looking for opinion and experiences regarding bakery plant setup.
At this moment we are building a new factory and are close to the point of finalising.
All people involved in the selection process have other experiences like in Production and marketing. As there are experienced people who can guide me in any way..it would be nice to hear from ya anykind of opinion about it....
