Hello

Empty the units (either after everything has shipped or rent a refer trailer, or relocate to an second cooler)

Turn units off and allow to defrost/warm up

Clean condenser units (you should be able to find the manual on line for the model you have)

Clean and sanitize interior starting from the ceiling down to floors

Squeegee excess water out

Turn back on

Allow to return to operating temperatures

Put product back in

If there are fans, make sure to take the covers off and clean the cover and blades
