Hi everyone,

Can somebody give me a template for BRC Clause 3.4.5. "A specification review process shall be operated where product characteristics change or at an appropriate predetermined interval." .  Your help will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks,

Donie

I do not have a specific template to share with you. But, we have incorporated this into a procedure Approval of new and changed product, where is basically explained how we deal with new and changed products. In that procedure is explained that if product characteristics change, the specification will be reviewed or in case of no changes, every three year.

Next to this, we hold a master list with all article/specification numbers, including a column with the initial date and a column with review date. In case the spec is not changed in the past three years, we fill in the column of the review date, to show that it was reviewed at least once per three years.

Hi rdeboer1986,

Thank you for your answer. maybe we could do the same.

regards,

Donie
