Does anyone have experience with using "saniwipes"?
The facility only uses dry cleaning methods within production/food storage areas. We are a RAW nut processor.
Does anyone know/have experience with using "saniwipes" in this type of environment for food contact surfaces? The product states that a rinse is not needed after sanitation.
Thank you so much in advance for any help.
Have only seen sani wipes used in hospital environments and on small items, non-invasives etc.
If applicable you would be looking to use the Super Sani Wipes, however with an alcholol based quat I think it is only 65-75% ISO per sheet.
Would seem to be quite non cost effective.
You would probably be better off going with a bulk D2 alcohol sanitizer and sturdy terry cloth or other shop towels.

Hi, Sarah H.
We have tried and no need to rinse after application.
agree with Mr. Gourley on the use D2-rated IPAs, weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the 2 options. You may also want to check Ecolab's drysan.
Thanks
We have used Ecolab's EcoWipes and we also use Ecolab's dry san.
The drysan is also a no rinse. It is a spray application and has a rapid dry time. I really like the dry san for a quick application of sanitizer - works well with hard to reach area.
The ecowipes we just use on small surfaces ( door knobs, hand touched surfaces). It works well for a small area, surface but wouldn't work well for a larger area/application as you would be using a lot of cloths - not the most cost effective.
Greetings. We use Sani-wipes and it seems to be effective. However, we use simple green to clean with and then sanitize with the Sani-wipe. We are a manufacture of food grade packaging.
