We are struggling to find an effective way to clean/duct our push back racking in the warehouse.Does anyone have any power points or training videos or know where to find them so we can implement a better cleaning system/training for our sanitation crew. Our warehouse is quite large and we have 8 different storage warehouses with different temps.

Are you using a shop vac with a filter? Then wipe down with clothes for dry storage?

For cold storage, you really should be emptying a couple times a year, defrosting and cleaning same as dry storage

Even your dry storage should be completely emptied once a year

Most companies I've worked for rent trailers that sit in the yard and put everything in those whilst cleaning, then turn refers back on until desired temp is achieved
