Allergen Control for Value Added Products

How can you manage your allergens for value added products in a meat plant, the work environment is quite small and production scheduling seems not to be working is there any other way i can re-look on handling allergens.

You probably need to give some idea of what you are processing and flow layout / allergen / difficulties so as to get relevant input.
