Hello Folks

I'm Polly, Food Safety Supervisor for a small brownie manufacturing facility. I have been in food safety since April, and have already learned a bunch, while seeing that there is still so much more to learn. We had our SQF Audit back in June and passed with flying colors. My crash course in SQF and all the work done in the year before really paid off. 

I signed up for this site after noticing that many of my searches for answers landed me here. Finally getting around to introducing myself. Looking forward to learning more so I can keep our company moving forward.
