Dry mix (batters and breaders ) tests and equipment?

We are a dry mix operation looking for analytical equipment for our finished product. We make batters and breaders which are primarily composed of wheat flour with added spices. We have a Unity and like it, but wondering what else is out there and what tests it performs.

Hi there - I believe you might get more responses if you explain the nature of testing you are wanting to carry out - ie.
Chemical/physical assessment of the product
Mixing efficacy
etc.
