Standard test to check diced potatoes are fully cooked

Hi, we make a diced fully cooked potato product in our facility, and I am looking for some kind of a standardized test that I can perform in our quality lab to check to see if the dices are cooked fully. I am fairly new in QA so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
