What is your product? Consider exploring the possibility of a third-party contractor who will write the majority of the program for you.

i m working in dairy industry and i want to control pest activity what should i do from step one to till end unfamilier with this .

1 Secure the envelope of the facility ( don't let them in) . PRPs and maintenance of the building should do almost all of the work.

2. Make sure there is no food for them (do not feed) PRP

3. Make sure they don't have anywhere to live (No harborage) PRP

Inspect

verify

take immediate documented corrective actions when you find a pest(s)

Applying pesticides needs to be done by a competent technician (perhaps licensed) that knows food facilities and the safe use of the chemicals.  Do not store the chemicals on site.

Repeat all steps as often as necessary.

use baits outside and sanitary trapping techniques inside.

adjust all methods as needed based on the pests common to your industry and area.

Very high level but just make it your own with specifics you need in your plant.

Good luck.
