Thermo Master, Do you prefer analog or digital

I am new member here. I am from Indonesia. I am new in food industry area. I hope I can gain discussion with this community.

 

My first topic is about Thermo Master. Do you prefer analog or digital? Each of it has its plus and minus. The digital is more preciser. But the analog is stronger. If you already use one of it, i hope you can give me some advice.

I would go analog for my master calibrated thermometer and digital for day to day use

 

There is no replacement for a mercury in glass thermometer and it's precision
