Morning all

I am in the process of rolling out a new SSOP facility wide for our company.  I am looking to see if anyone has any installation references in the following cities who can install and setup my Dosatron auto dilution system(s) near the following cities

Baltimore, MD

Portland, OR

San Antonio, TX

Chicago, IL

Thanks!

Crimson Chemicals!

Who is your chemical supplier?  They usually will install for free or really low cost as long as you continue to use their product. Then they are responsible for maintenance and repairs

They are local; I received bulk pricing to distribute from CA I couldn't pass up; only hurdle is the install

got it

quick goggle search gave me

as the top 3 hits............i would call and ask...........streamline is the manufacturer.........you may get a better $$ because of install at multiple locations!

Thanks, I have the equipment already, we do not have maintenance on site and need someone to complete install and setup

i would give the chemical company or whomever you got the equip from and ask them...........they will know someone

No maintenance on site?????????????????????   What ever do you do if you have a breakdown?

this is the only and first piece of mechanical equipment on premise; it breaks down I have an SOP for manual dilution

Wow, i'm amazed and good for you!!!!!

I would seriously call the chem company first.............since it's what they do they may know best

BTW there are rent a millwright companies out there, but it's super expensive.............around my parts that will run you about $150/hour...............you probably need a plumber

Do you have the equipment manual with you? What does your equipment manual say? It is always a good starting point to refer to the manual given by the supplier. By experience, we let the 1st Dosatron equipment be installed with our supplier with our local maintenance guys in place. From observation, we saw that it is not difficult to be installed, just need a suitable stand (or post) and water supply and it can be used already. It is much simpler if you install the "venturi" type, provided you have adequate water flow.

After that, some of the relocation we did on our own with the agreement with supplier. We may have a simpler type, but you can always refer to manual to also check that you have the resources available for it to be operational efficiently.
