Hello everyone,
I work for a 3rd party storage and distribution company. We store and ship a wide variety of packaged foods. I've been looking to this forum for guidance the past few weeks and it has been very helpful.
I am not HACCP trained (yet) and this world of food safety is completely new to me. I have been tasked with getting our food grade warehouses AIB compliant by August 2019... wish me luck :headhurts:
Food safety is a great field! Everybody eats and they want safe food.

I am new to all of this as well. Used to work at a daycare, and am now taking over the Food Safety Program at a Greenhouse! SO good luck to us both :)
