Hello,

My name is Peg and I look forward to learning from the mistakes and successes of others in this group.  Having worked in the dairy and cheesemaking industry for many years gives me insight on the daily operations, movements, procedures, and sanitation involved in raw milk cheese production.  As our company has grown from a handful of employees to a larger scale, I have become more involved in the documentation aspect of the process.  We are aiming to pass higher level audits, and I realize the work we have ahead of us. This looks like the place to be to learn how we can document our systems to be more efficient, retrievable, and complete.
