My name is Lorena. I have been working in manufacturing for about 13yrs now. I have always been in a Quality Control/Assurance role in pharmaceutical, medical device and now food manufacturing. I am pretty new to food processing and the regulations and I decided to sign up to network and gain knowledge from all of you who are experienced.
