Hello All,

I am looking into an ERP system that would work for a meat processing plant. We produce sausage that requires a significant amount of lot tracing for ingredients and a system that can help with this would be great. We are USDA inspected and SQF certified. Any insight and experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There are some fantastic pieces of software out there; we use a system called iTrace, it's compatible with wasp scanners..............it will automatically adjust inventory when products are scanned into inventory as the batches get inputed into the software by weight
