Our company needs some help in locating storage to lock up allergens.

Also, we are looking to purchase QC tech carts to be use in our Food processing  production area .

thank you in advance.

Hi cfreeman,

I anticipate you mean allergenic compounds.

please supply a little more context.

I've used the steel carts from Uline in the past for production/QC needs. They are well constructed and easily cleaned/sanitized.

We use upper cabinets for storing allergenic ingredients and then put a long padlock through both handles. Only 3 people know where the key is.

The Rubbermaid carts are great too

Rubbermaid also makes large "lockers" that are great for storing allergens as they are lockable and you can put them where ever it makes good sense
