Greetings Food Professionals,

I work for a great innovator who's cautiously excited to expand his cookie-producing line to meet demand.  I've joined the team with the objectives of:

1. Fulfilling and improving our SQF Plan
2. Maintaining our existing and new (sometime in 2019 we'll bring it online) baking lines
3. Generally contributing to my employer's business success with management-level tasks

I've a few decades of industrial-equipment maintenance in my back pocket, a bit of hubris from teaching too long in higher ed., and a passion for putting data to work.

If you've ever had a Laceys^R cookie, you'll recognize my sweet tooth, too,

Ok, so now apparently I have to go to the big box store in Canada...........i try to avoid that store.........but those cookies look sooooooooooooo good!
