What is your style of trending non conformity and are all non conformity on one spreadsheet combined? What and how many variables being compared ?

It all depends. Pest control is rather different to a cooking process.

Perhaps you could be more specific so as to get relevant answers ?

You could list ALL the sub-elements on the X axis and the details on the Y axis........then over time you could condense that ...............but somehow in there you need to attached a value for the level of RISK attached to each.........a CCP failure is not a big deal as long as the deviation procedures were followed........but if they weren't that means there are other failures (training, etc)
