IS THERE A QUICK TEST KIT THAT I CAN USE ON OUR PROCESSING LINE AFTER OUR SANITATION HAS BEEN CONDUCTED.

RIGHT NOW I AM USING ""Ph"" STRIPS TO TEST TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY RESIDUAL LEFT ON THE LINE.

I AM JUST WANTING TO KNOW IF THERE IS A SIMPLE TEST KIT LIKE WE USE FOR OUR ""ATP"" TEST.

JUST SEEMS TO ME THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING SIMILAR ..

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

One would think you're chemical supplier would be the best place to ask about this. One would also assume that when manufacturers dilutions and methods are followed that they are proven to NOT leave a residue

But I found one!!!

Wine and beer  shops(home brewery shops)are known to vary both sodium metabisulphite and the test strips

Qualify and try those
