Hi, Again

This is my 3rd profile on IFSQN since I think 2007.  :oops2: I keep losing it. 

This time I will stay.  :smile:

I am a food safety consultant in South Africa. Mostly wine, but because I like a challenge it never stays that way. 

My favourite work is developing new documentation, so I hope to be able to help some folks on here.  :hypocrite:

Right now...I'm prepping for BRC Issue 8 audit in March. Phew!!!  :yay:

BVRC welcome - no it never does stay that way, but beng a consultant is always exciting and most certainly not as stressful as being an auditor.
