Can anyone advise of a supplier who stocks penetrometer's for testing the force in bakery products?
I've been tasked with purchasing one.

Try looking at Mecmesin digital force guages. I'm not sure of who the agent in the UK would be. from our experience with these types of devices they are simple to use and can be adapted for a wide range of force testing tasks including penetration testing and seal tear tests. We also have it calibrated on an annual basis for the testing we undertake as part of our QC system.
