I've been browsing the forums recently so thought I should properly introduce myself.

I currently work as a QA Technician for a manufacturer in Wales, UK, and have an academic background in nutrition. I'm relatively new to the field but keen to learn.

I'm hoping through these forums I can extend my knowledge in food safety and hopefully contribute to the discussions and advice where possible.
