Good morning,

Our company has a patent on an ingredient that we use and a customer is using this ingredient in their product.  Where is it required to list the "patents" on the supplement label.  Currently it is to the right of the supplement facts panel above the distributor contact information.

It might be best to consent with your patent attorney on this issue. Are you concerned that the customer is infringing on your patent?
