How to bring about food safety culture change in an organization?

I am starting new topic - The strength of an organization’s food safety culture is a direct reflection of how important food safety is to its leadership. How to bring the food safety culture change in organisation to bring visible impact??

I was wondering if anyone has already come up with a Food Safety Culture development plan complying with the BRC V8? 

We are still working on ours and I think it will be of great help if we can see examples of how other businesses have tackled it.

the 1st and most important think for are food safety culture is that does the top management respect the importance of food safety if yes then they are the ones who will lead by examples thus this will follw don the line of management to the last person , introduce training make people interested in food safety you can even think of motivates measures to make people like and understand food safety

 for me if is very difficult to have that culture a at time food safety might be only taken serious when you have an aduit coming up where as i feel it should be a ucluture a system our way of doing thing
