Guidelines for quality checks for finished product (whole potatoes)?

Hello. does anyone knows if there is guidelines for quality checks for finished product (whole potatoes)?

we've been processing same variety, same batch for 3 days in a row. I don't have the frequency of tests in my specs, help!! :sleazy:

In general, one goes by lot numbers, which are supposed to be generated anew each day, but raw agricultural products are somewhat of an exception to the lot numbers rule.
