Hi All,

Just need some clarity with regards to the FSSC standard and the purchase of it. Is it a requirement like with the BRC standard that the organization must have a paid for copy of the standard available?

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Ashnee

Not so familiar with FSSC22k, but just to clarify that BRC changed that requirement - the obligation is now only to have a "genuine" copy, so can be the printed version or the free PDF one.

Usually if the standard has a copyright, you need to pay for a legitimate copy.  If you can get a free copy from FSSC 22000, then you don't need to pay for an official copy.  Check their website.

FSSC22000 is based on ISO Standards.
