Transition for Surveillance Audit ISO22000:2005
Hi everyone, my company will have ISO22000:2015 surveillance audit in June 2019.
But we wish to have a transition on this surveillance audit, if the document information required for ISO22000:2018 (eg: document for clause 4) is preparing now, which is April 2019, is it able to use on this coming June surveillance audit? or is it this document is valid for this coming June 2019 audit?
Just to understand a little more. You have a surveillance audit in June 2019 and you have documentation being made in April 2019 and you're wondering if it will work for June 2019? To my knowledge anything until your day of the audit should be fine. As long as you have it there present should be fine. Always remember to say what you do and do what you say.

Yup. The surveillance audit in June 2019 is the transition to version 2018. Last year we done recertification audit for ISO22000:2015.
Since there are some added clause (eg; Clause 4, 6.3) are newly added, my concern is can I prepare these doc right now for the coming audit? Does these docs need to establish certain period before audit?

Yes you can prepare for these right now. They want to see your documentation updated to the current version. And to my knowledge with SQF even if you updated this doc a week or few days or even a day before, as long as they see your documentation prepared to the new version, you should be fine!
