I have just discovered this forum. How fantastic to have a forum dedicated to food safety and everything in between. My name is Alex and I’ve been working in food science for over 20 years. I’ve worked for dairy companies and independent labs but considering working for myself and cautiously looking down the independent consultant route if I’m brave enough.
