Food Safety Culture - BRC Version 8

Hello, I am the QA Manager at a Seafood Processing Facility. We are getting ready for our 4th BRC audit this year and I am trying to elaborate a more on the Food Safety culture aspect to be in compliant with BRC Version 8. Anyone want to elaborate more on this topic?
