Can we use beach-soaked rags for cleaning in the food production area? We are preparing for BRC audit and we need more clarification on the use of rags. Thanks!

Nope.............you have more than one hazard here

Rags (unless you get them from Cintas) are a no no

Pail o bleach is a chemical hazard

You cannot clean with bleach---that is a sanitizing agent only

1 Thank

Bleach is not used for cleaning.

Sorry dear but i think bleach will not be useful for cleaning anything.
