Seeking basic GMP practices for bakery

Hi everyone, what are the basic good manufacturing practices that i can apply in a bakery. basic dry cleaning, and others...thanks for the info that you will share. :)

Hi!

 

It may be a good idea to look up the NSF code guidebook for 21 CFR 111. It contains great information as to whats required for a robust product protection program, and it may help you in your bakery.

 

What I like to do is have the guidebook on my computer as a PDF and "Ctrl+F" to search for any keywords related to questions I might have throughout the day.
