Do you use suppliers raw material data or make your own?

Hello,

 

The HACCP method requires the description of all the raw materials is that the data sheets of raw materials emitted by the suppliers are sufficient or it will be necessary to make a description apart because these datasheets sometimes miss some information

It will depend to an extent on the content of the suppliers' specifications and the nature of the products - we use some data from suppliers, but include further detail on some microbiological and chemical characteristics that are particularly relevant to HACCP.
