Labeling of Processing Aids & Ingredients

Could someone clarify the standard or codes for listing ingredients.  We use a couple of processing aids to improve product flow during production.  One when used amounts to less than .5% residual in product (Calcuim Carbonate), the other less than .75% (Spent Bleaching Earth).

 

While these items are listed in our HACCP plan and addressed appropriately, in the end, are we required to list them as ingredients on our label (shipped in bulk) or in another manner (not allergens not already declared).

I'm assuming you are in the U.S.  These should be exempt from your labeling requirements as they are processing aids, see:
