Can food nutritional info be on a separate paper or given online?

Hello,

We are starting a new direct to consumer shipping service with our fruit syrups. Right now we deal with commercial accounts. We do not have nutritionals listed on our products. Would it be ok to direct consumers to our website for that information or do we have to make a completely new set of labels with all that information on it?

thanks

New labels.

You can not expect your customers to go to a website to look up information - they will instead bypass your product as I would.

Fair enough thank you

Also not allowed by the FDA. I would also note that the FDA is stricter when it comes to consumer labels in regards to format, etc.

Yep, if this is for retail sale, Nutritional info is part of the regulation including the formats to use.
