Hi everyone, I am curently working on SOP and I came to a topic that hard for me to understand. I have to make a SOP for cleaning and sanitaion. We dont pack or unpack any type of product food or anything. All we do here is stor pallets away to freeze them and hold them for clients. Can someone please explain to me what exactly can I look up for. We dont have no machines in the storage but only a dock. Thnk you in advance.

There are still areas in your facility which needs to be cleaned and sanitized, you can conduct risk assessment to identify frequency of cleaning. Then you have to make a procedure on what, how and who will carry out the cleaning program. I assumed, the freezer should can be annual general cleaning/ sanitization, but may require weekly floor cleaning to remove wood, packaging debris etc. ... so similar to that.
