Hello,

I finished my Masters degree studies in Food Safety and Control 10 years ago. (Incuding HACCP)

and unfortunately I have not put it into practice for all these years. Last year I started to work for a local small business and created the HACCP plan, Food safety management system and all prerequisites. Audit went well and I become very keen on staying on track with my work. So my question is: could you please share the details/info/links which gives you all news and updates on food safety legislation for Europe?

Thanks

A few as a quick starter:

EFSA newsletter subscription: https://europa.us10....4&id=7ea646dd1d

General EFSA news: https://www.efsa.europa.eu/en/news

FSA news and alerts emails: https://www.food.gov...lerts/subscribe

Campden have a general news email signup on their front page: https://www.campdenbri.co.uk/

Leatherhead have an email news service but IIRC it's members-only.

If your employer is a member of any industry bodies or associations then they will probably also be providing some sort of service along these lines too, so I'd contact them to be put on the mailing list if you're not already.
