It's not clear what you mean by "internal audit checklist" - is this a checklist against which you'll be doing your internal audits, or the list of internal audits you need to undertake each month/year?
You need to determine the former for your own site based on a risk assessment.

In terms of a checklist against which you're auditing, this is going to depend on what you're auditing, what your site actually does etc.

For the document control requirements in section 3.2 there is lots of information in the Interpretation Guide for the BRC standard, including examples etc.

I suspect a search of IFSQN and/or Google will also throw up a large number of useful results with examples, discussion etc.

A possible response to (1) is for you to download from BRC website their free "self-assessment Guide".

A possible response to (2) is to provide a typical iso document control procedure, eg -
