Hello,

We are the leading food delivery company in India. We currently looking for a packaging technology to delivery frozen food product, which is ordered through online and get delivered with in 1 hour.  We tried with typical gel pack method, however the product quality was not up to the mark, specially chocobar. The entire inside ice cream get melted. Please share your experience/ technology which you might have used for this kind of product and advise.

Regards,

Baskaran.G.

I suggest you separate the hot/cold items for starters.

Maybe the insulated box/contact is inadequate.
