Preventive Maintenance for a portable air conditioner

Hello friends
We've had to install a portable free standing AC unit to maintain temp and RH to run capsules...................what frequency should the PM and saniation be on this little unit? Air is pre filtered prior to entering the building, but we do use soil within and it tends to spread far and wide
