My name is Afiyfa and I am presently pursuing a Msc in Food Science and Technology in the Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago.I know that I want to pursue a career path along the fields of Food Safety and Quality or Product Research and Development.My interest are more so within the fields of Food Safety and Quality.What are the core skills to pursue and be successful in this field for experienced members?
