Hello am Jean Michel, am a Safety and Health officer. I do have a great interest in food Safety, am also called to visit School Canteen and Kitchen on a regular basis. Am here mainly to learn a maximum from food expert and well versed practitioners.  

Hello, I'm Michelle and am serving as Quality Manager in a secondary packaging and fulfillment plant. We receive, separate, and repack liquid and solid food items that are already secured in their retail shelf containers or wrappers--we don't handle the actual food product itself. I am preparing the company for SQF certification and trying to sort through all of the information online. It's amazing how much of it there is! I appreciate the information found on this site.
