Hi,

One of my raw materials have the "MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF SOY"

I have included this allergen notice on all my packaging and labeling.

However, I am not sure If I include in the allergen management, and if so, How?

Our allergen management currently list only Mozzarella Cheese.

Thanks In Advance

The FDA does not approve of "May Contain" statements. If your food contains Milk and there may be traces of Soy, then you need a statement that reads "Contains Milk and Soy." You also need to contact your supplier to understand why they have that label on the raw material.
